Show Name: Vigilante
Barn Name: Vigilante
Age: 6
Gender: Stallion
Breed: Thoroughbred
Coat Color: Black
Mane/tail: black
Dislapline: Nearly retired flat racer
Personality: Sweet and understanding, but spooky and troublesom. Nice in the stable, would never hurt anyone or anything but easily frightened and hard to handel at times.
History: Huge stakes winner! Has no immidiate great bloodlines, but Seattle Slew and Man O War are mixed in a few generations down. Very valuble stallion whos racing career is nearly at an end due to old age. He placed 2nd in the Belmont, 7th in the preakness and 15th in the derby in his younger days. Also won in the Arlington Million one year. *i went to that race once!!* Not undefeated, but rarely doesnt run in the money. Will make an extremely valuable breeding stallion/stable companion/riding buddy, and isnt aggressive with other horses... unless hes racing them. Has earned approximately $1,750,000.00 in winnings (mostly arlington and belmont).
Owner: none yet
The proud stallion danced into the ring, trotting around gracefully and showing off his beautiful confromation.
"Might we start the bidding on this one at $40,000?"
the auctioneer began the bidding. Within a couple races this horse would earn most of the money back, not to mention future breedings. The owners were bankrupt somehow, blowing Vigilantes winnings on everything they couldnt afford, so now they had to sell their prized stallion for whatever they coud get.
